Kamala’s America: Judge rules taxpayers must cover incarcerated baby killer’s gender surgeries

The taxpayers of Indiana will be footing the bill for a baby killer’s gender transition surgeries. That’s the ruling from Clinton-appointed Judge Richard Young who stated earlier this month that denying an inmate access to genital mutilation would be cruel and unusual punishment—a legal interpretation that would be at home in a 21st century revamp of Alanis Morrisette’s “Ironic”.

Jonathan Richardson is currently serving a 55-year prison sentence for the barbaric murder of his 11-month-old stepdaughter, who was left in his care as the mother was at work. Richardson was reportedly seen with a fresh, still-bleeding tattoo of the baby’s name on his arm before he went to a neighbor’s home and asked them to call an ambulance because the child was unresponsive. The young girl passed away at the hospital, and the cause of death was ruled to be asphyxiation caused by manual strangulation.

Richardson was charged with the murder and allegedly told a prison official later, “All I know is I killed the little f–king b-tch.” In the early 2000s, he was subsequently found guilty after a trial and sentenced to a 55-year prison term.

According to deposition records, Richardson came in contact with a biologically male transgender inmate in prison who went by the name of “Pearl”. Pearl introduced Richardson to the concept of gender identity using educational aides from California state prisons. As if by social contagion and indoctrination, Richardson began identifying as transgender in 2020.

Under an Indiana law enacted last year, inmates were barred from having taxpayer funded gender transition surgeries. “The department may not authorize the payment of any money, the use of any state resources, or the payment of any federal money administered by the state to provide or facilitate sexual reassignment surgery to an offender patient,” the statute stipulates.

However, Richardson sued the Indiana Department of Corrections, and, having never met a transgender they didn’t like (even one who admittedly murdered a defenseless infant), the American Civil Liberties Union fought in court on his behalf.

The “human rights” suit filed against Indiana claimed that the new law violated Richardson’s Eighth Amendment rights. By not funding the gender reassignment surgery and keeping Richardson from living as his perceived self, the state was inflicting “cruel and unusual punishment”. Richardson had a list of demands entitled “Surgeries to Reach My Ideal Self.” The list included vaginal construction, a tummy tuck, butt implants, hair removal, and several other cosmetic procedures. However, in order not to look so greedy, the list was pared down to an orchiectomy (a surgery to remove the testicles) and penile inversion.

It is worth noting that during his time in prison, Richardson also converted to the Islamic faith. He is currently undergoing litigation against the prison chaplain for being denied a hijab. It is quite possible that Richardson is embracing every and any “protected class” status he can get his hands on for personal gain. It has also been reported that in January of this year, Richardson sought a reduction of his sentence arguing that the “circumstances that resulted in the crime are no longer present” thanks to his new gender identity and religion.

The transgender propaganda machine LGBTQ Nation lauded the Clinton-appointed judge’s ruling to grant Richardson the gender transition surgeries. The article mentions nothing about the brutal murder and dead child resulting from Richardson’s crime, but plastered the words “Good News” next to the headline “Trans inmate wins right to gender-affirming surgery despite state law banning it.”

The ludicrous decision is one that would make Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris proud. During the 2020 election cycle, Harris boasted about her work behind the scenes as attorney general of California affecting policy changes that ensured “every transgender inmate in the prison system would have access to the medical care that they desire and need.” It is important to point out the use of both “desire” and “need” in that quote. While Judge Young only granted Richardson the surgeries he deemed necessary, a potential President Harris would have granted him all of the surgeries and procedures on his wishlist as well.

Harris’s insane agenda goes even further. She previously stated in a questionnaire administered by the ACLU that as president she would use her executive power to mandate federal funding for gender reassignment surgeries for any inmate or illegal immigrant in a detention center that wants it.

How much could this one agenda item cost the American taxpayer? According to the US Census Population Clock, the national population is around 337 million people. The Census Bureau also estimates that 1.14% of the population is transgender, which is approximately 3.8 million transgender Americans. The American Bar Association claims that 16% of transgender Americans have been incarcerated during their lifetimes. Under a Kamala Harris administration, approximately 615,000 inmates would be eligible for taxpayer-funded gender reassignment surgeries. According to the National Institute of Health, gender reassignment surgeries can cost up to $70,000 per patient. That comes to a total bill of over $43 billion, and that would only pay for the genital-related surgeries, not other elective cosmetic procedures that Kamala Harris has promised to cover. This price tag also does not include potential transgender illegal immigrants Harris has let into the country.

Paying for a woke alphabet-mob agenda would not only bankrupt America but is a giant middle finger to the middle-class taxpayer. A Kamala Harris administration would force law-abiding citizens to bankroll the state-funded placating of mental illness to the delight of barbaric child murders like Richardson. Rewarding criminals and punishing innocents while using lawfare to take down political opponents is exactly the kind of upside down banana republic the Democrats desire. This sort of chaos and ritual humiliation of the electorate doesn’t seem to be a bug, but a feature of the Democrats’ plans for power.
