Outspoken 25

Since we began Outspoken in the summer of 2020, we had this simple idea: compile a list of the most influential LGBTs in media, politics, entertainment, and online who challenge convention, stand up against groupthink, and embody values of freedom, liberty, and the First Amendment.

We continued to run into a problem. What was originally conceived of as the Outspoken 50 quickly became the Outspoken 100, and only grew from there. While we tend to think of ourselves as a niche demographic, we began to realize perhaps the opposite might be true. There were simply too many names we wanted to include and, inevitably, someone would be left out.

At the risk of drawing ire from personalities and their fans who felt they’d been snubbed, we shelved the idea temporarily. Outspoken always set out to be a touchstone, a home base, for a surging, often disjoined, sentiment in the LGBT zeitgeist: those putting up a challenge to liberal orthodoxy and the increasingly dangerous and insane prerogatives pushed forth in the guise of LGBT rights. Singling out just some influencers seemed counterproductive to our mission.

And, yet, such a list still felt important, not only to inspire and elevate, but to show villains in media and Gay, Inc. just how influential and diverse these voices had become. We decided for the inaugural edition of this feature, which, going forward, will run every year in December, to go smaller, rather than bigger. This year, Outspoken editors combed through an exhaustive list of our favorite people to pick 25 LGBTs who made headlines in 2021, who recently burst onto the scene, or who have been trailblazers in shattering the left’s monochromatic depiction of the rainbow.

This list is too short, and that’s on purpose. As Outspoken, and organizations like the Log Cabin Republicans, continue to experience explosive growth, we look forward to working with our old friends and making new ones in the battles that await us in 2022, where LGBT conservatives, libertarians, and freethinkers promise to be an unshakable and deciding force.

Tammy Bruce is an independent conservative voice on radio and several Fox News primetime shows. The Tammy Bruce Show premiered on the radio in 1993 in Los Angeles and was nationally syndicated in 2005. In order to make her show independent, in 2009 it was moved online, and Tammy Radio remains the #1 program on the internet radio hub TalkStreamLive for three consecutive years.<br />

Bumatay was confirmed by the U.S. Senate in December 2019, becoming the first openly gay judge in the Ninth Circuit and the first Filipino-American to sit on an Article III federal appellate court. On election night, he told reporters, “You can be a gay Republican and still be conservative, and you don’t have to be gay the way that they want you to be.” <br />

Hogatha is one of the very few drag queens who has been unabashedly outspoken against the sickening trend of indoctrinating children into drag culture, continually ridicules so-called Drag Queen Story Time sessions for children, and lambasts the LGBT left’s burgeoning pedophilia problem.<br />

He calls himself a “trans educator not an activist” and pushes back on the idea that gender is not binary and resents the fact that the gender non-conforming crowd inserts itself into the trans identity. “The ‘non-binary’ identity has nothing to do with transsexualism,” Marcus has tweeted. So many of her Instagram posts about the vaccine were being flagged that she has taken to scratching through the word wherever it appears in hopes of staving off another ban. He takes a true grassroots approach to make the party and the conservative movement stronger one person at a time. He and his team work to get Republicans and conservatives elected from municipal levels to the highest federal levels.

My successful business and all my employees are coming with,” he said in a tweet. Perhaps his relocation will save him some tax money from the sales of his newest book due to come out in 2022, Don’t Burn This Country: Surviving and Thriving in Our Woke Dystopia. Conservative transgender YouTuber Blaire White makes videos about trans issues and speaks out against pedophiles and predatory behavior towards children. She has been one of the few voices online giving a platform for de-transitioners, those who began hormone treatment for gender dysphoria but then changed their minds, to tell their stories.<br />

White recently left Hollywood, Calif. to move to the more conservative state of Texas. She was slated to appear on the Dr. Phil show, but her episode was pulled and producers informed her it would never air. White speculates that the decision to pull the episode was due to the fact that she did not give them the politically correct soundbites that they wanted on issues such as trans sports and trans bathroom usage.
